Our fundamental policy
is simple:
We do not share our list of members with
any vendors or telemarketers. That list is used only by your
Credit Union.
Our practices regarding the collection and
disclsing of members information and the security measures
for that information are described below. We are required
by law to give you this information once each calendar year.
Information we collect:
We collect nonpublic information about you
from some or all of the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other
forms, such as your name, address, social security number,
assets, and income.
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates,
or others, such as your account balance, payment history,
parites to transactions and credit card usage.
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency,
such as your creditworthiness and credit history.
Information we disclose:
We may disclose some of the information we
collect as described above to companies that perform marketing
services on our behalf, only, or to other financial institutions
with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We do not disclose
such information to third parties such as independent marketers
and telephone solicitation agencies. We may also disclose
information about you under other circumstances as permitted
or required by law.
How we maintain security for that information:
We restrict access to nonpublic information
about you to those employees who need to know that information
in order to provide our products and services to you. We maintain
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply
with federal regulations to protect your nonpublic personal
information.
Credit Union members and the public may receive
additional copies of this notice of our privacy practices
by contacting the credit union.
